Your Schedule

In the Your Schedule tile, you can view the events assigned to you through the Schedule module in Shopify Admin.

1. Schedule an Employee

  • Access the Schedule module on Shopify admin.

  • Access the Manage Schedules section and create a schedule.

  • Assign an employee to a Schedule Event.

Example: Name: Bike Customization, Staff member: Velen Lu

  • Click Save.

  • Once saved, you will view the event in the schedule.

  • To ensure the schedule is published correctly, set its status to Published by clicking onto the Draft status badge. Otherwise, the event will not be visible to the assigned employees.

  • Click Update schedule.

  • The status of your schedule will now reflect the changes made.

2. Access the Your Schedule tile

  • To view your assigned event on POS, access the Your Schedule tile.

  • From the tile, you'll be able to view the scheduled event.
