Every staff member must use a 4-6 digit PIN provided by management or IT to access Shopify POS.

Tap to input PIN provided.

Tap the arrow on the bottom-right corner to confirm PIN.
Step 3
App will unlock the Home screen.
Resetting the PIN code for Shopify POS on the Shopify Admin website. This can be used if the PIN isn’t working properly.
Log into Shopify Admin through the website: Shopify.adminarrow-up-right
Click Shopify POS and click on Staff.
Select the staff member and click into their account.
Under point of access → PIN, either generate a random PIN or type in a new one.

Click save.
