Using your PIN to access Shopify POS:

Every staff member must use a 4-6 digit PIN provided by management or IT to access Shopify POS.

Step & Instructions

Tap to input PIN provided.

Step 2

Tap the arrow on the bottom-right corner to confirm PIN.

Step 3

App will unlock the Home screen.

Resetting your PIN:

Resetting the PIN code for Shopify POS on the Shopify Admin website. This can be used if the PIN isn’t working properly.

Log into Shopify Admin through the website:

Step 2

Click Shopify POS and click on Staff.

Step 3

Select the staff member and click into their account.

Under point of access β†’ PIN, either generate a random PIN or type in a new one.

Step 4

Click save.
