WorkMate tiles are customizable buttons that provide quick access to essential WorkMate features from the Shopify POS home screen. These tiles streamline workflows by enabling merchants to quickly access frequently used tools, such as Work Orders and Purchase Orders, ensuring smoother in-store operations and an optimized customer experience.

1. Open your Shopify POS home screen

  • Log in to your Shopify POS store.

  • Click the Add tile button.

2. Install WorkMate apps/tiles

  • Click on the App button.

  • Select WorkMate

WorkMate Currently has 7 App extensions:

  • For any features you use frequently, you can add the corresponding tile for easy access.
