Resetting the Shopify POS app

Step 1

Go to Settings on the iPad, then Shopify POS app at the bottom.

Step 2

Go to Shopify POS setting, press Reset Account

Swipe the toggle right to Reset Account.

Step 3

Depending on the iPad model, either swipe up or double-press the home button to open the app switcher.

Swipe up on the Shopify POS app to force-quit.

Step 4

Reopen the app and follow Log in through Email or Log in through Code to access the Shopify POS.
