Tasks

You can schedule tasks created from your work orders and purchase orders within the Schedules module. Easily organize your workflow by filtering tasks by location or staff, hiding completed tasks, and sorting tasks by work order or viewing them in a simple list format.

1. Sort Your Tasks by Your Preferred View

  • By default, tasks in the Schedules module are sorted using the Work Order view. To change your view:

    • Click the View option and select your preferred view (e.g., List View).

  • You can also filter tasks to:

    • Hide completed tasks.

    • Display tasks assigned to specific staff members.

  • Use the Filters button to apply these settings easily.

2. Schedule a Task

To schedule a task (i.e., add it to your calendar and create an event):

  • Simply drag and drop the task into your schedule.
