Employee Availability Modes
WorkMate allows you to manage employee availability in two different modes: My Availability and Manage Capacity. You can select your preferred method in the Settings section, but please note that only one mode can be used at a time.

1. My Availability Mode
In this mode, you can schedule employees by setting specific start and end times for their availability.
- View and manage availability using a calendar view. 
- Ideal for scheduling shifts or fixed working hours. 
- Great for teams that need time-specific availability tracking. 

2. Manage Capacity Mode
This mode lets you manage availability based on minutes per day.
- Track how many minutes of capacity each employee has available. 
- Monitor how much time has been allocated or remains unallocated. 
- View employee capacity for tasks in a modularized view. 
- Capacity updates in real-time as tasks are assigned or adjusted. 

3. Changing the Employee Availability Mode
- To change the employee availability mode, go into the settings. 
- Switch to the schedule tab. 
- Toggle the employee availability mode.
