Employee Availability Modes

WorkMate allows you to manage employee availability in two different modes: My Availability and Manage Capacity. You can select your preferred method in the Settings section, but please note that only one mode can be used at a time.
1. My Availability Mode
In this mode, you can schedule employees by setting specific start and end times for their availability.
View and manage availability using a calendar view.
Ideal for scheduling shifts or fixed working hours.
Great for teams that need time-specific availability tracking.
2. Manage Capacity Mode
This mode lets you manage availability based on minutes per day.
Track how many minutes of capacity each employee has available.
Monitor how much time has been allocated or remains unallocated.
View employee capacity for tasks in a modularized view.
Capacity updates in real-time as tasks are assigned or adjusted.
3. Changing the Employee Availability Mode
To change the employee availability mode, go into the settings.
Switch to the schedule tab.
Toggle the employee availability mode.
