1. Open WorkMate from Shopify Dashboard
After installing WorkMate, navigate to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.
Click on Apps from the left sidebar.
Select WorkMate from the list of installed apps to open it.
2. Access the WorkMate Homepage
Once inside the WorkMate application, you will be taken to the WorkMate Homepage.
You will see a welcome message, along with options for a quick demo video and contact details.
To proceed with the subscription, make sure you are logged in as the store owner (only the store owner can subscribe to a plan).
3. Open the Pricing Page
On the homepage, look for a Pricing page link or Subscribe button.
Click the Pricing page link to view the available subscription plans.
4. Review Available Plans
You will now see the list of subscription plans offered by WorkMate.
Review the features and pricing for each plan to determine which one best suits your business needs.

5. Select a Plan
Once you’ve reviewed the available plans, choose the plan you wish to subscribe to.
6. Confirm Subscription
You will be prompted to confirm your subscription choice.
Ensure that you are logged in as the store owner, as only this account has the permission to complete the subscription process.
Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm your subscription choice.
7. Payment Information (If Applicable)
If you are subscribing to a paid plan, you may be prompted to enter or confirm your payment information.
Shopify will handle the payment processing through its billing system.
8. Subscription Activation
After selecting and confirming your plan, your WorkMate subscription will be activated.
You will now have full access to the features associated with the plan you selected.
9. Verify Subscription
Return to the WorkMate Homepage, and you should now see confirmation of your active subscription.
Depending on your plan, you will have access to features like work orders, purchase orders, and advanced inventory and labor management.
