By default, all notifications in WorkMate are sent via email. However, you also have the option to enable SMS notifications if you'd like to send mobile alerts.

Set up your own Twilio account to gain more control over your SMS notifications.
Monthly limit: 5,000 SMS notifications per account.
Pricing: Additional cost on top of your current WorkMate plan.
This feature must be manually enabled by our team.
Include the following information in your email:
Your store URL.
Your primary contact email.
Confirmation that you agree to the monthly limit of 5,000 SMS notifications.
Once we receive your request, our team will enable SMS notifications for your account by applying a feature flag.
After activation:
You will have access to send up to 5,000 SMS messages per month.
Once the feature is activated:
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Open WorkMate from the Shopify dashboard.
Click View More.
Navigate to the Settings section.
Go to the Notifications tab.
Toggle your default notification type from email to SMS.
SMS notifications will now be sent as the default notification type.
