Order tagging in Shopify is a feature that allows merchants to add customizable tags to orders based on specific criteria, such as customer requests, order types, shipping methods, or payment statuses. These tags help in organizing, sorting, and filtering orders for better management and faster decision-making.
General Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > .
Click Create workflow.
Click Select a trigger, and then select the that starts the workflow.
Click Output to create a new step. Click Condition, and then select the that must be met before any actions can be run.
Click Then > Condition, and then select the that must be met before any actions can be run.
Click Then > Action to select the to be taken if the condition is set to true.
Optional: click Otherwise to add to your workflow if the condition you set is false. You can add additional conditions or actions.
Click New Workflow, and then enter a title for your workflow.
Click Turn on workflow.
To start using your workflow, click Turn on.
Template Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > .
Click Create workflow.
Click Browse templates, and then select a template.
Review the template to verify that it meets your needs. You can customize the workflow after you install it.
Click Install.
Edit the template as needed.
Optional: click the name of the workflow, and then edit the title.
Click Turn on workflow.
To start using your workflow, click Turn on.
