Manage Capacity

By choosing to manage availability through minutes, you activate the "Manage Capacity" mode, which provides a robust and detailed way to manage employee availability. This mode allows you to assign a specific number of minutes each employee has per day, offering fine-tuned control.
1. Access the Manage Capacity Module
In the top navigation bar, access the Manage Capacity module.
2. Adding Availability
To change an employee's capacity, click the Edit button on the right of the search bar.
Enter your employees' available capacity in minutes per day.
You can assign a maximum of 1440 minutes per day.
When finished, you can either save or discard your changes.
If you want to copy your inputs to the next week, click the Copy to next week button in the top right corner.
3. Searching and Filters
To search for employees, use the search bar or apply filters such as location or custom fields.
You can filter employees by store location.
To be able to filter by custom fields, you need to set them up in the Employees Module.
Example: Filtering for Sales Department
Click into Custom field filters.
Click + New filter.
Enter in a key and, optionally, a value.
Employees are now filtered by the Sales Department.
Navigate to the Custom Fields section in the Employees module to add more employee-specific fields.
