Dropship

The Dropship feature allows merchants to seamlessly sell products without counting towards your inventory quantities.

1. Access the Purchase Orders tile

• Click on the Purchase Orders tile from the POS homepage.

2. Create a New Purchase Order

• On the Purchase Orders page, click the New purchase order button.

3. Dropshipping to your Store Location

• In the Type dropdown, select Dropship.

Note: Dropship orders do not count towards your inventory quantities.

• Next, enter the Supplier details.

• The Location field and Ship to field will be auto-populated based on your POS location and address.

4. Dropshipping to Customer

• If you are drop-shipping to a customer, click the Select customer button instead.

• After selecting a customer, the customer's address will populate in the Ship to field.

• Next, enter in your purchase order details as normal. For more information on how to create purchase orders, click here.

• After entering your details, click Create purchase order.

5. Verify your Dropship order

• Return to the main page of the Purchase Order tile.

• You will be able to see the dropship purchase order you created.
