Scanning to Receive Products

The Scan to Receive feature allows users to quickly receive products into inventory by scanning barcodes. This helps streamline the receiving process during purchase order (PO) fulfillment. A physical barcode scanner must be paired with the tablet in order to use this feature.

Documentation:

1. Pair a compatible barcode scanner.

2. Navigate to the Receiving screen for an open purchase order.

• Click into the Purchase Order tile.

• Within the purchase order, scroll down to find the Receipts section.

• Click the New receipt button or Receive products.

3. Use the scanner to scan product barcodes.

• Upon scanning, a green label appears, confirming the product has been scanned.

• The quantity field automatically increments based on the number of scans.
