Change Serials
If you need to change a serial in an online order, or one created through WorkMate, you can do so through our Line Item Serial Numbers action.

Online Orders:
1. Access your online order
- Access the order you'd like to change serials for. 
Example Order #1048:

- The product's original serial: 
Example: Crewneck product, Serial = CREWSERIAL1

- To change the serial, click the More actions dropdown. 

- Then click on the Line Item Serial Numbers action. 

Example: Changing from CREWSERIAL1 > CREWSERIAL2

- Then click Save. 
2. Review your serials
- To review the serials you have allocated to your products, click the + App block button. 

- Once you click the + App block button, click WorkMate's Line Item Serial Numbers App block. 

- In this App block, you'll be able to view the product's new serial number. 

WorkMate Work Order:
1. Access your online order
- Access the order you'd like to change serials for. 
Example Order: #1056, CREWSERIAL3

- To change the serial, click the More actions dropdown. 

- Then click on the Line Item Serial Numbers action. 

- A prompt will appear explaining that orders imported from work orders must be edited through the work order page. 

- Click the word order page link to be redirected to the original word order. 
Example: WO-#108

- To change the serial, click on the serialized item. 
- Then, click the Change serial button. 

- Then, select the new serial number you'd like to switch to. 
Example: CREWSERIAL3 > CREWSERIAL4

- After selecting your new serial, click Save. 

- Your work order will now be updated with the new serial. 

- Lastly, Save your work order.
