Allocate Serials to an Online Order

If you created an order outside of WorkMate, but would like to keep track of your serialized inventory, you can do so through our Line Item Serial Numbers action.
1. Create an online order
Log in to your Shopify store and go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.
Create an online order that contains serialized items.
Example Order #1201:
Click the More actions button.
Click WorkMate's Line Item Serial Numbers action.
If your order contains serialized products, they will show here.

Example: Bike with serials product
Select the serial of the product you are selling, and click Save.
Example: SERIAL1
You have successfully allocated a serial to the product you sold.
2. Review your serials
To review the serials you have allocated to your products, click the + App block button.
Once you click the + App block button, click WorkMate's Line Item Serial Numbers App block.
In this App block, you'll be able to view all the products in your online order and their associated serial numbers.
Tip: To view this App block in each online order, you can pin it by clicking the pin icon in the upper right-hand corner.
