Scanning Settings

The WorkMate scanner allows you to scan products using more than just their barcodes. You can scan products by their SKU, tag, or by product metafields.

• In the Scanner section, you can choose the method by which you want to scan products. Available options include Barcodes, SKUs, and Tags.

• WorkMate also indexes product metafields, allowing you to scan products by their metafield values. We currently support single line text product metafields.
