1. Access Franchise Mode Settings

  • Open WorkMate from your Shopify dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Settings section.

  • In the settings menu, click the More views drop down and select Franchise mode.

2. Enable Franchise Mode

  • You'll be able to enable Franchise mode settings if applicable.

  • Enabling this setting allows you to restrict locations on a per-employee basis. This means employees will only be able to interact with locations that they are granted access to.

  • This setting will apply to all WorkMate features that require a location.
