Logging In

Step 1 On the Shopify POS app login screen, tap Log in.
Step 2 On the Shopify page, type in your admin username and password and then tap Log in.
Step 3 If prompted, enter your authentication code and tap Log in.
Step 4 Select the correct store: ShopCOMPANY_NAME.myshopify.com
Step 5 Select the correct location.
Step 6 Using the PIN pad, tap to input your PIN to complete the login.

Login with Code:

Remote support can provide access to Shopify POS remotely so that staff members who don’t have admin credentials can use the app.

Step 1 On the Shopify POS app login screen, tap Log in with code.
Step 2 A code is displayed on the POS. Provide this code to the remote support.
Step 3 Remote support staff use a computer or mobile drive and go to shopify.com/activate
Step 4 Enter the code. Click Next.
Step 5 Remote support enters admin email and password and then clicks Log in.
Step 6 Click Log in again to confirm that you want to log in to SHopify POS from another device, then close the browser.
Step 7 The staff on site can then select the correct store: ShopCOMPANY_NAME.myshopify.com
Step 8 Select the correct location.
Step 9 Tap to input PIN to access the POS app.
