# Special Order Settings

**1. Configure SPO ID formats**

* In the Special Order ID Format section, you can define how the ID for each special order is generated.
* By default, WorkMate may use a format like SPO-#{{id}} for sequential numbering.
* You can add customization by including variables like:

<mark style="color:green;">Year: Add the year of the purchase order.</mark>

<mark style="color:green;">Month: Include the month of creation.</mark>

<mark style="color:green;">Day: Add the specific day it was created.</mark>

**2. Configure Special Order Notifications**

* Create special order notifications by clicking the **New Notification** button.
