Special Order Settings

1. Configure SPO ID formats

• In the Special Order ID Format section, you can define how the ID for each special order is generated.

• By default, WorkMate may use a format like SPO-#{{id}} for sequential numbering.

• You can add customization by including variables like:

Year: Add the year of the purchase order.

Month: Include the month of creation.

Day: Add the specific day it was created.

2. Configure Special Order Notifications

• Create special order notifications by clicking the New Notification button.
