Cycle Count Settings

1. Configure Cycle Count Statuses

• Find the Work Orders module at the top-level menu.

• In the Work Order Statuses section, you can define the different statuses for tracking the progress of work orders.

Example: Default statuses include Draft and Completed.

2. Creating or Removing Statuses

• To add a new status, type the name of the new status (e.g., Pending or Ready for Pickup) into the field and press Enter.

• To remove a status, click the X next to it.

Tip: If you have a large number of statuses from another system, you can email WorkMate at [e-mail] for assistance in bulk importing statuses.

3. Set Default Work Order Status

• In the Default Status field, select the status that will automatically be assigned to a new work order when it’s created.

Example: Draft

• This ensures all new work orders start with a consistent status.

4. Configure an ID format

• Configure an ID format.

• The default ID format for Cycle Counts is CC-#{{id}}.
