Dropship

The Dropship feature allows merchants to seamlessly sell products without counting towards your inventory quantities. By connecting to vendors, orders are automatically sent for fulfillment, streamlining the process.

1. Access the Purchase Orders Module

• Once inside WorkMate, find and click on the Purchase Orders module from the main dashboard or sidebar menu.

2. Create a New Purchase Order

• On the Purchase Orders page, click the New Purchase Order button to start creating a new order.

3. Select your purchase order type as Dropship

• In the Type dropdown, select Dropship.

Note: Dropship orders do not count towards your inventory quantities.

4. Select your purchase order type as Dropship

• In the Type dropdown, select Dropship.

• If you are drop-shipping to a customer, click the Select customer address button.

• Select a customer address.

Example:

• Next, enter in your purchase order details as normal.

• After entering your details, click Save.

5. Verify your Dropship order

• Return to the main page of the purchase order module.

• You will be able to see the dropship purchase order you created.
