Supplier Minimums

The Supplier Minimum metafield provides a convenient way for employees to track supplier minimum requirements when creating purchase orders. This ensures accurate information is readily available, making the procurement process smoother and more efficient.

1. Open WorkMate from Shopify Admin

• Log in to your Shopify store and go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

2. Access your Shopify Admin Settings

• Navigate to your Shopify Admin Settings in the left sidebar.

• Once you're in the Settings, click on the Custom data module.

3. Custom data module

• Once you're in the Custom data module, click the Customers button.

• In the Customers module, there's an "Is Vendor" metafield. This metafield will be populated under the customer, which will later be the Supplier.

• Next, add a definition by clicking the Add definition button.

• Create a new definition called Vendor Minimum.

• Optionally, you can add description as well.

• Next, click the Select type button.

• Select it the Single line text option.

• After entering all of your necessary details, click Save.
