Our new Add serial feature in the Work Orders module makes it easier to manage serialized items. You can add specific serialized products, from the products in the Serials module, to your work orders. This helps you quickly see which specific items are available and track your inventory more accurately.
1. Create a Work Order
Create a new work order, or edit a pre-existing one.
Click the Add serial button.
2. Click the Add serial button
This page will display all the products that have the "True" metafield marked on the product level of your Shopify admin. For more information on how to do this, click here: Serials
From here, you'll be able to view and add your serialized items into your work order.
You can add more serialized items within the Serials module.
