Add Serials

Our new Add serial feature in the Work Orders module makes it easier to manage serialized items. You can add specific serialized products from the products in the Serials module to your work orders. This helps you quickly see which specific items are available and track your inventory more accurately.

1. Create a Work Order

• Create a new work order, or edit a pre-existing one.

• Click the Add serial button.

2. Add the Serialized Items

• This page will display all the products that have the "True" metafield marked on the product level of your Shopify admin. For more information on how to do this, click here: Serials.

• From here, you'll be able to view and add your serialized items to your work order.

• You can add more serialized items within the Serials module.
