Viewing Cycle Count History & Adjustments

1. Access the Cycle Count History

• Navigate to the History Section.

• After completing or applying the Cycle Count, you can view the history of past Cycle Counts by navigating to the History section within the Cycle Count module.

2. Review Past Cycle Counts

• View the History List.

• The history page will display a list of past Cycle Counts, showing details such as.

• Date and time of each Cycle Count.

• Status (e.g., completed, draft).

• Any other relevant information such as assigned employees or locations.

• Select a Cycle Count for Detailed View.

• Click on a specific Cycle Count entry to view more detailed information, including the products, quantities, and any notes associated with that Cycle Count.

3. Make Adjustments to Completed Cycle Counts

• Open a Completed Cycle Count.

• If you realize there is an error in a previously completed Cycle Count (e.g., incorrect quantities), select the entry from the history list.

• Click to Adjust Quantities.

• In the detailed view of the Cycle Count, you can make adjustments by modifying the product quantities.

• Save Changes.

• After making the necessary adjustments, click Save. The updated quantities will be reflected in your Shopify inventory.

• If applicable, reapply the adjusted Cycle Count to update the real-time inventory in Shopify.
