Performing and Completing the Cycle Count

1. Begin the Cycle Count in the Store

• Count the Inventory.

• As you walk through the store or warehouse, physically count the quantity of each product added to the Cycle Count.

• Enter Quantities in the Cycle Count.

• For each product in the Cycle Count list, manually enter the quantity that you've counted (e.g., 3 boxes of product A, 5 units of product B).

• Ensure all counts are accurate before proceeding.

2. Complete the Cycle Count

• Review and Finalize Entries.

• After counting all products and entering their quantities, double-check the data to ensure accuracy.

• Click "Apply".

• Once the Cycle Count is completed and you are satisfied with the quantities entered, click Apply.

• Update Real-Time Inventory in Shopify.

• Clicking "Apply" will automatically update the real-time inventory count in your Shopify store, reflecting the quantities you just counted.

• Shopify’s inventory system will be synced with the results of the Cycle Count.
