Schedules & Allocations

• Renamed Capacity to Allocations - We've updated our terminology for clarity and consistency across the platform.

• Unassigned Work Orders View - You can now view unassigned work orders and total available unassigned time via employee custom fields for departments, with additional filtering options.

• Enhanced Task Management on Work Orders - Added ability to view task cards on work order pages by work order grouping via a toggle option.

• Improved Task Navigation - Opening a task on a work order now takes you directly to the calendar view for better workflow efficiency.

• Work Order Task Visibility - Work Order > View Tasks now displays the work order number and number of tasks associated for improved tracking.

• Allocation Management Updates - Added several improvements:

  • Modularized view of capacity in the View Task and View Capacity sections

  • Location-based employee filtering that pulls staff based on their default location

  • Mass entry of employee availability by minutes

  • Configurable availability modes

  • Employee allocation setup (minutes) per location

Work Orders & Purchase Orders

• Multiple Labour Items - Fixed an issue where POS was unable to add more than one labour item to a line item in work orders.

• Due Date Clarity - Added tooltips in work orders explaining what due dates mean and how to keep them in sync.

• Product & Variant Metafields - Added ability to pull product and variant metafields into print templates for work orders and purchase orders.

Import & Export

• CSV Import Enhancement - Updated the CSV import process to use staff member email rather than ID for easier data management.

• Universal Export - Added the ability to export all files across the platform.

• Serial Numbers Export - Added capability to export serial numbers on purchase orders.

Filtering & UI Improvements

• Work Order Status Filtering - Implemented the ability to filter work orders by statuses.

• Case-Insensitive Vendors - Made vendor search and management case insensitive for easier lookup.

Bug Fixes

• Bug fixes have been made to the POS, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Transfer Orders, Inventory Management, and Receipt Management modules to improve overall system stability and functionality.
