Enhancements have been made to the Schedules module:
Task Filtering in Schedules: Now only the tasks related to the selected location are displayed in the schedule view, improving focus and reducing clutter.
Location-Specific Staff Display: Staff will only be shown for the selected location when filtering by staff in a Work Order, making it easier to manage location-specific assignments.
Sticky Calendar View: The calendar view in schedules now remains sticky when scrolling down, ensuring you can always see the relevant date.
Automatic Due Date Population: Task due dates are now automatically populated based on the initial task's due date, improving efficiency when scheduling tasks.
Assigning Staff in Work Orders: Staff can now be assigned within a Work Order, and there is the ability to link the assigned staff directly to the schedule using a new "Schedule WO" button.
Staff Filtering in Work Orders: A new filter by assigned staff has been added to Work Orders, allowing for easier management of staff assignments.
Employee Availability Bypass: You can now bypass employee availability in schedules and only see location staff when assigning tasks, ensuring more accurate scheduling.
Auto Staff Assignment to Tasks: Staff can be automatically assigned to tasks directly from the header in Work Orders for faster task management.
Clickable Work Order Links in Tasks: A clickable link to the corresponding Work Order is now available within tasks, making navigation more seamless.
Nested Tasks in Work Orders: Nested tasks are now supported within Work Orders, allowing for more complex task management.
Task Grouping by Work Order: Tasks can now be grouped by Work Order and scheduled all at once, improving scheduling efficiency.
Default Staff Assignment to Schedules: Staff are now automatically assigned to schedules by default, streamlining the scheduling process.
Location-Specific Task Display: Tasks will now only be shown for the selected location when viewing the task list in schedules, improving clarity and focus.
