The **Schedule Module** now loads directly into calendar view—no more selecting from a menu—with togglable locations and a faster, more fluid interface.

**Manage Capacity View**\ New centralized view to monitor staff capacity. View unassigned work, remaining employee availability, and total unassigned time with the new **Net Capacity View**.

**Capacity Threshold Visualization**\ Easily identify overloaded staff with colour-coded capacity indicators, helping teams spot and address bottlenecks quickly with the new **Net Capacity View**.

**Modular Capacity Management**\ Access a new modularized flow within tasks, enabling detailed control and visualization of team availability.

**Mass Employee Availability Input**\ Enter employee availability in bulk (by minutes) directly within the **Manage Capacity** view.

**Toggle Between Capacity and Availability Modes**\ Switch between managing team capacity and availability seamlessly within Settings.

**Customize Operating Hours by Location**\ WorkMate now supports setting custom **operating hours** for each store location in **Settings**, enabling more accurate and flexible scheduling across different locations.

**Schedule Task Viewing Enhancements**\ Now filter and view schedules by staff or location. Plus, view tasks directly from the calendar in either **List View** or **WO View**.

**Employee Custom Fields**\ Employees now support **custom fields**—filter and sort by department or other custom attributes. Includes enhanced filters for easier staff management.

**Task Scheduling from Work Orders (WO)**\ Schedule tasks directly from within a WO. WorkMate now also shows how many tasks exist per work order for clarity.

**WO and Task Syncing**\ WO due dates can now automatically sync with task due dates.

**Status Filtering for WOs and POs**\ Filter work orders and purchase orders by status for better tracking and workflow control.

**Bug Fixes and Enhancements**\ Improved filtering and UI across Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO), with smoother reorder flows and more relevant supplier visibility. Stability fixes for serial numbers, special orders, addons, and CSV imports. Enhanced stock transfers, cycle counts, and custom fields. Task and employee syncing now works as expected, with fixes to schedule views and notification messages. Labour, service, and PO import bugs resolved for a more reliable workflow.
