New features include the ability to assign serial numbers directly to orders through the "**More Actions**" menu.

A **payment** and **fulfillment** status is now available within the Work Orders module for improved organization and tracking.

The ability to create a **Special Order** (SPO) in WorkMate Admin and POS from an online order through the “**More Actions**” menu.&#x20;

The ability to **adjust item prices** up or down has also been deployed. This feature is configurable through the **Settings** module in WorkMate.
