Version 24.11.01

Product Bundles in Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO)

We’ve enhanced the product bundling capabilities in WorkMate to streamline your workflow with Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO). You now have the ability to pull in entire bundles or kits directly into a WO, ensuring that all associated items are included efficiently. Similarly, you can pull in bundles or kits into a PO, simplifying the process of ordering grouped products or parts.

New Serial Number Assignment Feature for Sales Orders

We’ve introduced a new app block in WorkMate that allows you to assign serial numbers to product line items from a sales order. Once a serial number is attributed to a product on the sales order, the serial module in WorkMate will automatically update with the serial number on the corresponding sales order number, ensuring that everything remains synced.

New Action Button to Create PO/SPO from Sales Orders

A new action button on the sales order page enables users to create a purchase order (PO) or special order (SPO) directly from the sales order (SO), available both on admin and POS. When selecting the PO/SPO action, a popup will appear, allowing users to either create a single or multiple POs/SPOs based on the items selected from the sales order. This enhancement significantly simplifies the process of creating orders for items that need to be purchased or specially ordered, streamlining workflows in both sales and purchasing.

New 'DROPSHIP' Action Button for Purchase Orders

We’ve introduced a new Dropship action button on purchase orders. When clicked, a popup will appear, allowing users to select whether to dropship the order directly to the customer or to the store. If dropshipping to the customer is selected, the system will automatically populate the shipping address with the customer's information on the PO. If dropshipping to the store is chosen, it will validate the store location and populate the store’s address as the shipping destination. Additionally, an identifier will be created on the PO, marking it as a dropship order for better tracking and management.
