Step 1: Access Shopify Settings

  • Open your Shopify admin dashboard.

  • Locate and click on the 'Settings' option.

Step 2: Navigate to Users and Permissions

  • In the Settings menu, find and select 'Users and Permissions'.

Step 3: Select a User

  • Click on the name of the user whose permissions you want to check.

Step 4: Review Store Permissions

  • Scroll down to the 'Store Permissions' section.

  • Here, you can see the current permissions granted to the user.

Step 5: Grant Workmate Permissions

  • Look for the 'App Permissions' section.

  • Check the box next to 'Workmate' to grant the necessary permissions.

Step 6: Save Changes

  • Click the 'Save' button to update the user's permissions.

  • Your account has now been successfully updated.
