### Work Order and Purchase Order Modules
**Archive Replaces Delete**
Work Orders and Purchase Orders can now be archived instead of deleted, on both Admin and POS. The Delete action has been removed, so order history is never lost. Archived orders are hidden from the list by default. You can show them with a filter, where they carry an Archived badge, and unarchive them at any time. Archive is also available as a bulk action from the list view. Archiving a Work Order releases its reserved inventory back to available, and archiving a Purchase Order clears its incoming inventory, just like deleting did before. Unarchiving does not automatically restore either one.
### Work Order Module
**Customer Items on the Work Order Dashboard**
The Work Order dashboard can now show the Customer Item identification code as its own column. This makes it easier to track a customer item's service history at a glance.
**Customer Item Liquid Variable for Print Templates**
Work Order print templates have a new Customer Item liquid variable, so you can include details of the attached customer item on printed work orders.
**Sourcing Access with the Write SPO Permission**
Staff with the Write SPO permission can now use the Sourcing button on a Work Order and create Special Orders from it, even without the Write WO permission. They still can't add products or change other work order details unless they also have Write WO.
### Purchase Order Module
**Shipping Costs on Purchase Order Receipts**
You can now enter a shipping cost on each Purchase Order receipt and choose how it's spread across the received items: no distribution, by quantity, by proportional cost, or by proportional weight (using Shopify product weights). A Unit Cost Summary on the receipt shows each item's landed cost, which is its unit cost plus its share of shipping. The PO-level shipping field now adds up the shipping from all receipts automatically, and the subtotal and total update to match.
### Transfer Order Module
**Transfer Order Improvements**
Several updates make Transfer Orders faster to create and easier to work with.
* **One New Transfer button:** The separate "New incoming transfer" and "New outgoing transfer" buttons are now a single "New transfer" button on Admin and POS. The form opens with both locations empty, so you pick the origin and destination every time.
* **Quantity stepper on line items:** Transfer Order line items now use a quantity stepper (- and +), matching Purchase Orders. You can still type a quantity directly, and the stepper never goes below 1.
* **Faster quantities when creating a Transfer Order from an order:** In the Create Transfer Order action on a Shopify order, each line item's quantity fills in automatically with the most you can transfer. A Clear / Max shortcut sits beside each field, and a quantity above the maximum is capped automatically.
* **Print activity documents:** Completed picking, sending and receiving documents can now be printed. You set up the templates in a new group on the Printing settings tab.
### Special Orders Module
**Saved Views on the Special Orders Dashboard**
You can now save filtered views on the Special Orders dashboard, just like on Work Orders and Purchase Orders. Create a view with the "+" button, then update, duplicate or delete it as needed. Saved views are still there when you navigate away and come back.
### Serials Module
**Custom Field Columns and Saved Views on the Serials Dashboard**
The Serials dashboard now has Edit Columns, so you can show, hide and reorder columns and add your serial custom fields as columns. Each serial's custom field value then appears right on the dashboard. You can also save filtered views, the same way as on the other dashboards. Both are available on Admin.
### Inventory
**See Which Orders Are Holding Inventory in Shopify**
A new Inventory sources card on Shopify product and variant pages shows all the inventory WorkMate is managing for that product, per location. You can see which Work Orders are reserving stock, which Purchase Orders are bringing stock in, and which Transfer Orders are moving it, each with its quantity. Every order links straight to it in WorkMate.
### Clienteling Module
**SMS Delivery Status**
For merchants using the Clienteling module, text messages sent from Clienteling and from the customer chat on Work Orders now show a delivery status. You can see at a glance whether a message was delivered or failed.
### Multiple Module Improvements
**Select All Items on Dashboards**
The Work Order, Special Order and Customer Item dashboards now let you select every record at once. Select any row and a "Select all X+ items" option appears at the top of the list, with Undo to clear the selection.
### Comprehensive System Improvements
This release includes extensive bug fixes and minor enhancements across multiple modules, including schedules, serials, purchase orders, rentals, work orders, employee management, add-ons, POS and admin services, price overrides, and payment systems. These improvements ensure greater system stability and an enhanced user experience across all platform components.
