**Work Order Module**

**Product Quantities by Location in Product Selector**

When adding a product to a Work Order, you can now see per-location inventory directly in the product selector. Each product row expands via a chevron to display an inline table with **Location**, **Incoming**, **Available**, and **On hand** columns.

The location filter auto-populates based on the country (Canada or US) of the Work Order's selected store location, and the selector limits results to roughly 10 items at a time for consistent load performance. This mirrors the bundle selector experience released earlier and removes the need to cross-reference inventory before fulfilling from a specific store.

**Company Location Information Card**

When a B2B Work Order has a Company Location selected, a collapsible card now appears below the field showing the shipping address and any saved company location notes. Available on both Admin and POS.

<figure><img src="https://1618003198-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F0qhe3v8mqRBAX5s2JtPi%2Fuploads%2FvCGyHhoRLgBR9guqHHsP%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=6f0da761-9c26-445f-b5ad-6c29f31b096d" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Configurable Default Due Date**

Due dates no longer have to auto-populate on new Work Orders. In **Settings → Work Orders**, you can now choose a default for the Due Date field:

* **None** (field stays blank)
* **1 week** from creation
* **2 weeks** from creation
* **1 month** from creation

Merchants who don't track due dates can leave the field empty by default; those who do can pick the offset that matches their workflow.

**Unified SMS Notifications in Customer Chat and Clienteling**

SMS notifications sent from a Work Order's **Notifications** button now appear in the WO's Customer Chat thread *and* in the customer's Clienteling message history. System-sent notifications are visually distinguishable from manual chat messages, and there's no duplication when staff send the same content through both surfaces.

Staff now have one unified view of every outbound message to the customer instead of having to check the Notifications modal separately.

**Purchase Order Module**

**Status-Based Incoming Inventory (Status Groups)**

The Purchase Order status system has been redesigned around three status groups in **Settings → Purchase Orders**:

* **No Inventory Impact**: Statuses here do not affect Shopify inventory. The first status in this group is automatically the default for new POs.
* **Incoming**: Ordered quantities on POs in these statuses are added to Incoming inventory.
* **Close/Complete**: Unreceived quantities are removed from Incoming. Received quantities confirmed via receipts remain in Available or Unavailable.

You can add, rename, reorder, delete, and move statuses between groups. Inventory transitions are now driven by the group a status belongs to rather than the status name, which solves the long-standing problem of unreceived quantities staying stuck in Incoming after a PO is closed or only partially received.

Status group configuration changes only affect POs created after saving, so existing POs retain their current inventory state.

**Product Sorting in Order Lines**

Purchase Orders now support sorting the product list by:

* **Title** (alphabetical)
* **SKU**
* **Unit cost**

Particularly useful on large POs where you need to quickly find the highest-cost items or locate a specific SKU.

<figure><img src="https://1618003198-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F0qhe3v8mqRBAX5s2JtPi%2Fuploads%2FZeexbMXTq047tfcsIjwI%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=2dc908bc-ed4e-4147-80dd-216b894d250e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Schedule Module**

**Clear Button for Auto-Assigned Staff on New Events**

When creating a new event on the ManageSchedule page, every staff member in the right-hand filter is auto-assigned by default, which is convenient for finding open slots but tedious when you only want one assignee. A new **Clear** button next to **Add staff member** removes all assigned staff in a single click, including both auto-assigned and manually added staff. Filter-based auto-assignment behavior is unchanged.

<figure><img src="https://1618003198-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F0qhe3v8mqRBAX5s2JtPi%2Fuploads%2FMVfOrjBavwmPLv09r4fH%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=ef02544e-4978-4cc1-8805-583220239f3d" alt="" width="467"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Scheduling Conflict Alerts**

The Schedule module now warns you about two common scheduling mistakes before saving:

* **Duplicate task scheduling**: When you attempt to schedule a task that is already on the schedule, a confirmation modal appears showing the existing date and time, with the option to **Schedule again** or **Cancel**. This prevents accidental duplicates, particularly common when dragging tasks from Work Orders with similar names.
* **Outside hours or staff availability**: When you save an event that falls outside configured store opening hours, outside the assigned staff member's availability, or conflicts with another assignment for that staff member, a non-blocking alert appears. You can choose to reschedule, reassign, or save anyway.

Both alerts are informational rather than blocking, so users retain control over the final decision. No alert is shown if opening hours aren't configured or no staff member is assigned.

<figure><img src="https://1618003198-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F0qhe3v8mqRBAX5s2JtPi%2Fuploads%2FiQbMItNwprCnIuzeTvJE%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=c490ebdd-3b1f-4b19-8437-c0e16e5c81f5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Location Field on Schedule Events**

The Edit Schedule Event modal now has a separate **Location** field above the Schedule field. Only one location can be selected at a time, and it auto-populates based on context:

* Opening from a WO, PO, or TO: location of the source order
* Opening from the Schedule view in Admin (no source order): user's default location
* Opening from the Schedule view in POS: POS location

Staff can only schedule events at locations they have permission to access, per the Employees module. After selecting a location, the Schedule field clears so the user picks a specific schedule for the event.

**New Schedule Views: Purchase Orders, Special Orders, Stock Transfers, and Cycle Counts**

The Schedule module previously offered only Work Order and List views. You can now also view unscheduled tasks from:

* **Purchase Orders**
* **Special Orders**
* **Stock Transfers**
* **Cycle Counts**

All four task types can be dragged into the calendar the same way WO tasks can.

**Customer Items Module**

**CSV Import for Customer Items**

You can now bulk-create Customer Items by uploading a CSV, similar to the existing Reorder Points import. Click **Import** in the Customer Items module to open the modal, download the sample CSV, populate it, and upload.

Two CSVs are supported:

* **Customer Items**: `ID` (required), `identificationCode` (required), `customerId` (optional), `productVariantId` (optional)
* **Custom Fields**: `ID` (required, matches above), `CustomFieldName` (required), `CustomFieldValue` (required)

Invalid uploads return field-specific error messages (for example, `ID Field Missing`, `Invalid Customer ID`) so you can correct and reupload. This removes the previous need for engineering involvement when migrating legacy customer item data.
