Work Orders
Restocking and return shipping fees Default restocking fee percentages and return shipping costs can now be configured in Shopify Admin under Settings > Policies > Manage Return Rules, and are pre-filled automatically on new work orders. Both fees are read-only on the work order and sync back from any adjustments made during the refund process on the associated sales order. Returned line items display a Refunded badge, the restocking fee breakdown, the original price crossed out, and the net amount returned.

Edit customers created inside a work order An Edit Customer button now appears in the Customer Selection overlay, allowing staff to correct details for customers originally created inside a work order without navigating to Shopify. Editable fields include first name, last name, email, phone number, note, and any custom fields, with the same validation applied as during customer creation. Saving updates the record in both the work order and Shopify.

Address selection in create customer modal The create customer modal now includes an address picker, so addresses can be set at the time of customer creation rather than as a follow-up step.
Scheduling
Task and work order card improvements in Schedule Cards in the schedule view now display richer information at a glance, reducing the need to drill into individual records.

Weekly staff working hours management Admins can now set unique start and end times for each staff member on a per-week basis, replacing the previous single static schedule. Each day supports one continuous working block, shifts can be set outside of global store hours, and times display in the local browser timezone.

Inventory
Committed stock marked unavailable when received When receiving stock that is already committed to existing orders, the system now automatically flags that quantity as unavailable to prevent accidental double-allocation.
Custom Fields
File reference support Custom fields can now reference external files, enabling richer attachments and document linking across the platform.

Dropdown of existing definitions when adding custom fields When adding custom fields to orders, a dropdown of previously defined field types is now offered, making it easier to stay consistent across records.

Platform
Rearrange and hide columns Tables throughout the app now support column reordering and visibility toggling, letting each user tailor their views to the data they care about.

Rentals
Per-hour rental payment calculation updates The rental module now calculates per-hour charges more accurately, including improved handling of partial hours and billing edge cases.
