Sourcing & Fulfillment Enhancements

Sourcing Module UI Updated

Redesigned the sourcing interface with improved item selection, clearer visual indicators for sourcing status, and enhanced search functionality to quickly identify which products require sourcing and clearer showcasing of inventory levels at other store locations.

Sourcing Settings & Customization

Added optional admin settings to customize sourcing workflows, including options to hide already-sourced products, require all items to be sourced or reserved before completion, and skip the special order preview screen for faster processing.

Sourcing Options and Fulfillment Button - Post-Checkout and Order Details Screen (POS)

Added sourcing functionality at checkout completion, enabling immediate creation of stock transfers and special orders for out-of-stock items.

Introduced sourcing access within order details, providing quick options to create stock transfers and special orders from existing sales orders.

Enabled order fulfillment directly from POS, supporting both full and partial fulfillment of line items at the order level.

Clickable Sourcing Links (Admin)

Special order, stock transfer, and purchase order tags in the sourcing interface are now clickable, allowing direct navigation to the full order details.

They also change color when a product has been received on a Transfer Order or Purchase Order

Work Order Improvements

Due Date Synchronization

Due dates now sync bi-directionally between work orders and tasks with automatic warnings when conflicts or unscheduled tasks are detected.

Work Order Filtering by Assigned Staff

Added ability to filter work orders by assigned staff member for easier workload management.

Labor and Service Task Creation Settings

Introduced optional setting to prevent automatic task creation when adding labor to services, reducing task list clutter.

Purchase Orders & Special Orders

Clickable Product Links

Product entries in purchase orders and special orders are now clickable, providing quick navigation to full product details in Shopify.

Flexible Supplier Matching

Products can now be added to purchase orders even when suppliers don't match, supporting both manual and scan methods.

Transfer Orders

Transfer Order Search

Added search functionality to quickly locate transfers by purchase order number, SKU, or other identifiers.

Comprehensive System Improvements
