### **Work Order Module**
**Manual Sync Button**
Work Orders now have a Sync action in Admin that re-checks and reconciles all linked Shopify orders, giving a one-click way to recover when a Work Order drifts out of sync with its draft or sales orders. Running it on an already-synced Work Order is a safe no-op, and you get clear feedback on what changed or that nothing needed correcting.
### **Purchase Order Module**
**Total Cost Column on the Dashboard**
The Purchase Order dashboard now has a sortable Total Cost column, so you can see the full cost of each PO at a glance and sort by it without opening individual orders.
### **Transfer Order Module**
**Create Transfer Orders from a Sales Order**
Multi-location merchants can now create a transfer order straight from a Shopify sales order in Admin, drawing on stock from another location to fulfill the order. From an existing sales order, use More Actions to open Create Transfer Order, pick the line item and a source location with available stock, and the transfer order is created with a timeline link back to the originating sales order. This brings a capability previously available only on POS to Admin.
**Custom Fields on Transfer Orders**
Transfer Orders now support custom fields, consistent with how they work on Work Orders and Purchase Orders, and those fields are filterable on the Transfer Orders dashboard. This makes it much easier to find imported transfer orders by their custom field values, and the new filters work alongside existing dashboard filters.
**Create Transfer Orders from Shopify Flow**
A new Transfer Order Create action is available in Shopify Flow, so merchants and automations can create transfer orders programmatically without a manual step in WorkMate. The Flow supplies the source location while the destination and line items are derived from the triggering order, and new line items are created in a pending state.
### **Settings**
**Redesigned Settings Pages**
Three Settings pages have been rebuilt on the refreshed Settings design, with clearer copy and layout and no loss of existing configuration.
* **Purchase Orders:** The page is reorganized with refreshed copy, a simplified Weighted Average Cost section split into Calculation and Sync destinations, a star to mark the default status, and left-click to edit status names.
* **Notifications:** The old Email settings and Notifications tabs are merged into a single Notifications page, bringing notification defaults, Twilio accounts, and per-location email settings together in one place.
* **Cycle Counts:** The page is aligned with the new Settings design, with refreshed copy, a star for the default status, and the same click-to-edit status pattern as the other pages.
### **Comprehensive System Improvements**
This release includes extensive bug fixes and minor enhancements across multiple modules, including schedules, serials, purchase orders, rentals, work orders, employee management, add-ons, POS and admin services, price overrides, and payment systems. These improvements ensure greater system stability and enhanced user experience across all platform components.
