### **Purchase Order Module**
**Quantity Stepper in the Product Selector**
The add-product overlay on Purchase Orders now shows a quantity stepper next to each product already on the PO, so you can see and adjust quantities in place instead of closing the overlay to return to the line items list. Use the plus and minus buttons or type a number, and setting a quantity to zero prompts a confirmation before the line item is removed. Products that exist as several separate line items show a combined, read only quantity, since those are managed from the line items list.
### **Special Orders Module**
**Create a Purchase Order from the Special Order Detail Page**
You can now create a Purchase Order directly from a Special Order's detail page. The Create Purchase Order button opens the usual modal pre-loaded with that Special Order's unordered line items, so there is no need to go back to the dashboard and re-select them. The button disappears once the Special Order is fully ordered.
### **Serials Module**
**Custom Field Presets on Serials**
Serials now support custom field presets. Build and manage presets from Settings, then apply one to a serial or mark it as the default so its fields appear automatically on new serials and get added to existing ones.
### **Schedule Module**
**Store Hours, Availability, and Clickable Events on My Schedule**
The My Schedule tab now mirrors the Manage Schedules weekly view. Store hours from your default location appear in white and grey, your availability shows in green, when you're unavailable it shows in red. Events and tasks assigned to you appear on the calendar and open when clicked.
### **Settings**
**Special Orders Page Rebuild**
The Special Orders settings page has a clearer layout, with the ID format and its available variables in one section and each customer notification as a collapsible card you can expand to edit.
**Transfer Orders Page Rebuild**
The Transfer Orders settings page has been rebuilt around a single formatting section where you set the default line item status and the ID format for new transfer orders.
**List Custom Fields**
Custom fields can now hold multiple values. Turn on the list option when creating a definition and the field accepts several entries that can be added, removed, and reordered on both Admin and POS, with syncable fields writing the full list back to Shopify.
### **Comprehensive System Improvements**
This release includes extensive bug fixes and minor enhancements across multiple modules, including schedules, serials, purchase orders, rentals, work orders, employee management, add-ons, POS and admin services, price overrides, and payment systems. These improvements ensure greater system stability and enhanced user experience across all platform components.
