26.4.16

This release brings location-aware scheduling, new filters on the Work Order dashboard, smarter defaults for custom products and service SPIFFs, and a calendar bug fix. Under the hood, we have also invested in faster load times and backend migrations.

### Work Orders

* **Currency selection and catalog publishing for custom products:** The "Create Custom Product" flow now includes a USD / CAD currency selector on the Price field and a preview of which catalogs will receive the product. Admins can configure default destination catalogs under Settings › Work Orders › Custom Products › Catalogs.

* **Payment and fulfillment status filters on the dashboard:** Work Orders can now be filtered by Shopify Payment Status and Fulfillment Status. Filters stack with existing status, assignee, and location filters, and are available on both Admin and POS.

* **Service SPIFF % defaults to an even split:** When staff are added to a service-level SPIFF, their percentage auto-populates to distribute evenly across all assigned employees. On save, the system validates that splits total exactly 100% and blocks invalid entries with an inline error.

### Purchase Orders

* **Location editing locked for active POs:** The Location field is now editable only while the PO is in Draft. Once a PO moves to Order Placed, In Transit, Received, or Partially Received, the field becomes read-only to prevent ghost-stock issues caused by receiving inventory at a different location than recorded.

### Schedules

* **Visibility by location and user permissions:** The Schedules module now respects each user's assigned locations. Staff only see schedules for locations they have access to, and the list of assignable employees is automatically filtered. Enforcement is consistent across Manage Schedules, My Schedule, and Employees. *Requires Franchise mode.*
* **Calendar events no longer save without confirmation.** Creating an event or dragging a Work Order onto the calendar and then dismissing the edit modal now correctly discards the draft. Events are only committed when the user explicitly clicks Save.

### General Improvements

Since the latest update we have been focusing on improving load times for POS and admin, along with performing backend migrations for the app.

**Comprehensive System Improvements**

This release includes extensive bug fixes and minor enhancements across multiple modules, including schedules, serials, purchase orders, rentals, work orders, employee management, add-ons, POS and admin services, price overrides, and payment systems. These improvements ensure greater system stability and enhanced user experience across all platform components.
